ေခတ္သုံး အဂၤလိပ္ စာလုံးတြဲေလးမ်ား

ေခါင္းစဥ္ကို ၾကည္႔ျပီး အခုေခတ္မွာ သုံးေနတဲ႔ စာလုံးတြဲေလးေတြကို ဖတ္မထား သိမထားရင္ ေခတ္ေနာက္က် က်န္ခဲ႔မယ္လို႔ အေတြးေပါက္နိုင္ပါတယ္ ၊ ဖတ္သူကို ဆြဲေဆာင္လိုတဲ႔ အတြက္ ဒီေခါင္းစဥ္ေလး တပ္လိုက္ပါတယ္ ၊ တကယ္တန္းမွာလည္း ဟိုး..ေရွးေခတ္တုန္းက မရွိခဲ႔တဲ႔ facebook တို႔ Google တို႔ နဲ႔ ဆက္စပ္ေနတဲ႔ စာလုံးေတြလည္း ပါေနေတာ႔ လိုက္ဖက္ပါတယ္လို႔လည္း ယူဆနိုင္ပါတယ္ ။ ဘာသာစကားတစ္ခုကို ကြ်မ္းက်င္ပိုင္နိုင္ဖို႔ ေလ႔လာတဲ႔အခါ four skills လို႔ ေျပာၾကတဲ႔ listening, speaking, reading, writing ေတြကို ေလ႔က်င္႔ ၊ ေလ႔လာၾကရတယ္ ၊ ပိုျပီး ခ်ဲ႕ထြင္ခ်င္တဲ႔ သူေတြက်ေတာ႔ ဘာသာစကားတစ္ခုဟာ ေစာင္႔ၾကည္႔ဖို႔ (watching) လည္းလိုတယ္လို႔ ဆိုျပန္ပါတယ္ ၊ စကားလုံး အသစ္ေတြ ၊ သုံးစြဲပုံေတြ ၊ ေရးဟန္ေတြက စလို႔ ဘာသာစကားရဲ႕ ေျပာင္းလဲမွဳေတြကိုေပါ႕ ၊ အဲလိုဆိုေတာ႔ five skills ျဖစ္သြားျပီပဲ ၊ က်ေနာ္ျဖင္႔ four skills မွာေတာင္ မရလို႔ ခ်ာလပတ္ရမ္းေနတာ five skills ဆိုေတာ႔ ပိုေ၀းသြားျပီလို႔ ဆိုရမွာပါ ၊ ဒါေပမယ္႔လည္း က်ေနာ္တို႔နဲ႔ ထိစပ္ပတ္သက္ရာ ပတ္၀န္းက်င္ကေန မၾကာမၾကာ ခလုတ္တိုက္မိတဲ႔ စကားလုံးေလးေတြကိုေတာ႔ ေကာက္ယူ လွန္ေလွာ မိတတ္ပါတယ္ ၊ အဲသလို လွန္ေလွာမိတဲ႔ အရာေလးေတြကို ျပန္ေျပာၾကည္႔တဲ႔ ၀ါသနာ က်ေနာ္မွာ ပါတာေၾကာင္႔ အလ်ဥ္မပ်က္ရေအာင္ တင္ဆက္လိုက္ပါတယ္ခင္ဗ်ာ..

(1) love at first profile picture

Definition : When love at first sight blossoms for people who met on facebook.
Facebook ထဲမွာ စျပီးေတြ႔ေတြ႔ခ်င္း ( profile picture ေလးကို ျမင္ျပီး ျပီးခ်င္းမွာ) ခ်စ္သြားတာ

example : She met him after sending a friend request. It was love at first profile picture for her.
သူငယ္ခ်င္းျဖစ္ခြင္႔ ေမတၱာရပ္ခံခ်က္ ေလးတစ္ခု ပို႔ျပီးေနာက္ပိုင္းမွာ သူမဟာ သူ႔ကိုေတြ႕ခဲ႔ပါတယ္ ၊ အဲဒါဟာ သူမအတြက္ ကိုယ္ေရးအခ်က္အလက္ မွတ္တမ္းေပၚက ဓါတ္ပုံေလးကို ျမင္ျပီး ျပီးခ်င္းမွာ ခ်စ္တဲ႔အခ်စ္ တစ္ခု ျဖစ္သြားခဲ႔ပါတယ္ ။ ( အကုန္ျမန္မာမွဳ ျပဳလိုက္ရတာ ရွည္ထွာဗ်ာ)

အထက္က စကားလုံးေလးဟာ love at first sight ( ျမင္ျမင္ခ်င္း ခ်စ္မိသြားတယ္) ကေန ပြားယူလိုက္တာပါ ၊

Exp: Is love at first sight possible ?
ျမင္ျမင္ခ်င္းခ်စ္တယ္ဆိုတာ ျဖစ္နိုင္ပါရဲ႕လား ။

အဲသလိုပဲ friend at first sight ( ျမင္ျမင္ခ်င္းပဲ သူငယ္ခ်င္းျဖစ္သြားတယ္ ) ဆိုတာလည္း ရပါေသးတယ္

Exp : I knew as soon as we shook hands, it was friend at first sight.
လက္ဆြဲႏွဳတ္ဆက္ၾကလို႔ ျပီးျပီးခ်င္းမွာ က်ေနာ္သိလိုက္တယ္ ၊ ေတြ႔ေတြ႔ခ်င္းပဲ သူငယ္ခ်င္း ျဖစ္သြားတယ္လို႔ ။

(2) Facebook Coma

Def : Someone who is always on Facebook and neglects their job or family.
Facebook ထဲမွာေမ႔ေမ်ာေနတာ

Exp : "Kim is constantly on Facebook at work and refuses to do his job. We need to get him out of his Facebook coma."
အလုပ္ထဲမွာဆို Kim က facebook မွာ အေသပဲ (ပုံေသပဲ) သူ႔အလုပ္ကိုသူ လုပ္ဖို႔လည္း ျငင္းတယ္ ၊ က်ေနာ္တို႔က သူ႔ကို facebook ထဲမွာ ေမ႔ေမ်ာေနရာကေန ဆြဲထုတ္ဖို႔ လိုအပ္တယ္ ။

(3) Friending spree..

Def : Randomly adding anyone who come across on a social network, including complete strangers.
Facebook လိုမ်ိဳး Social network ေတြမွာ ေတြ႔သမ်ွလူေတြကို add ေနတာ

Exp: Hey, Paul's on a friending spree, he's got a 1000 friends already on his facebook.
ေဟး .. Paul ကေတာ႔ ေတြ႔သမွ်လူ အကုန္လိုက္ျပီး add ေနတယ္ေဟ႕ ၊ သူ႕ facebook မွာ သူငယ္ခ်င္း အေယာက္ ၁၀၀၀ ရျပီးေနျပီ ။

အဲဒီမွာ spree ကအသစ္ျဖစ္ေနေတာ႔ ဘာလဲဆိုျပီး ရွာၾကည္႔တဲ႔အခါ with no limits or boundaries လို႔ ေတြ႕ပါတယ္..အဲဒီေတာ႔ Friending spree ဆိုတာ ကန္႔သတ္ခ်က္ ေဘာင္ေတြမထားပဲ ေတြ႔သမွ်လူကို friend အျဖစ္ add ေနတယ္လို႔ အဓိပၸါယ္ျပည္႔စုံသြားပါတယ္..

(4) Ghost post..

Def: A comment on a Facebook item (e.g. status, note, etc) that was removed by the author due to A) misspelling, B) stupid remark, C) awkward input, or D) other.

တေစၦတင္တဲ႔ post ၊  မျမင္လိုက္ရတဲ႔ comment  ၊ တင္ျပီးမွ မၾကိိဳက္လို႔ comment ကို ျပန္ဖ်က္လိုက္တဲ႔အခါ မူလ post တင္သူထံ notification ေရာက္သြားေသာ္လည္း လာျပန္ဖတ္တဲ႔အခါ ဘာမွမရွိျဖစ္ေနတာ..

Exp:
Facebook: XYZ commented on your note.
XYZ ဟာ သင္႔ရဲ႕ မွတ္စုေပၚမွာ မွတ္ခ်က္ေရးခဲ႔ပါတယ္..

Me: ...where's the comment? Jeez, way to ghost post, XYZ..
မွတ္ခ်က္က ဘယ္မွာလဲ ၊ မေတြ႕ပါလား ၊ တင္ျပီးမွ ျပန္ဖ်က္လိုက္တဲ႔ မွတ္ခ်က္ပဲ ျဖစ္မယ္..

(5) Facebook Philosopher

Def : An individual whose Facebook statuses are often with wise quotes.
These give the impression that said Facebook user is wise, when in fact they are merely putting on airs.
ပညာရွိေတြရဲ႕ ရည္ညႊန္းစကား ၊ ဆုံးမစကားေတြကို မၾကာမၾကာ သုံးျပီး status တင္ေလ႕ရွိသူ ၊ အဲဒါေတြက facebook သုံးစြဲသူကို ပညာရွိလို႔ အထင္ေရာက္ေစလိုျပီး ၊ တကယ္တန္းမွာေတာ႔ သူမ်ားထက္သာတယ္လို႔ ျပခ်င္တဲ႔ ဟိတ္ဟန္ထုတ္မွဳေတြသာ ျဖစ္တယ္ ..

Exp:
A: "Wow, Jeff is pretty deep!"
အိုး.. Jeff က သိပ္ကို နက္နဲတာပဲ !
B: "Nah, he's just a Facebook Philosopher"
မဟုတ္ပါဘူး ၊ သူက Facebook Philosopher မွ်သာပါ ။

အဲဒီမွာ put on airs ဆိုတဲ႔ စကားလုံးေလးက အသုံးဆန္း idiom ေလးျဖစ္ပါတယ္ definition က
to act better than one really is; to pretend to be good or to be superior. တဲ႔ ၊ အထင္ၾကီးေအာင္ အပိုေတြ လုပ္ျပေနတယ္လို႔ ဆိုလိုတာပါ ။

Exp:
Pay no attention to her. She is just putting on airs.
သူ႔ကို အာရုံစိုက္မေနနဲ႔ ၊ သူက အထင္ၾကီးေအာင္ အပိုေတြ လုပ္ျပေနတာ..

(6) Google smart

Def : When someone has to google a topic, then post the information, as if they came up with it all .
တစုံတစ္ေယာက္က အေၾကာင္းအရာ တစ္ခုကို google ကေနရွာျပီးေတာ႔မွ သူ႔ကိုယ္ပိုင္လို လုပ္ျပီး post တင္တဲ႔သူ

က်ေနာ္လည္း ျမန္မာလို ေရးတာေတြကလြဲလို႔ က်န္တာေတြအားလုံးက google smart ပါပဲခင္ဗ်ာ.. စာလုံးေရကနည္းေပမယ္႔ ရွင္းလင္းရတာေတြက မ်ားေနလို႔ ဒီမွာပဲ နားလိုက္ပါဦးမယ္ ၊ ဆက္တိုက္ ဆိုသလို ေရးေနပါဦးမယ္ ၊ ဖတ္မေပးရင္ေတာ႔ ထပ္မေရးေတာ႔ဘူးေနာ္ ..
